Robert D. Zaruta Speaks to Human Resources Section of the PA/NJ Rural Electric Cooperative

Robert D. Zaruta spoke to the Human Resources Section of the PA/NJ Rural Electric Cooperative yesterday in State College, Pennsylvania. His topic was “Legal Update: Medical Marijuana in the Workplace.”

At Knox Law, Mr. Zaruta’s practice is focused on a variety of labor & employment matters, including litigation. He works with both private and public employers, counseling clients on compliance with workplace laws, hiring and firing issues, and collective bargaining. His practice also includes representing employers in defense of discrimination, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims. Mr. Zaruta has represented employers in unfair labor practices actions, including appearances before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the National Labor Relations Board and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.
