Robert Zaruta Speaks to MBA HR Roundtable Group

Robert D. Zaruta, Shareholder, will speak to the Manufacturer & Business Association's (MBA) HR Roundtable tomorrow, April 20, 2021. He will address: The Biden Administration: What Can Employers Expect?

Attorney Zaruta will address how a change in administration can shape employers’ experiences under the various labor and employment laws which govern the workplace. He will review how the election of President Joe Biden has impacted enforcement of labor and employment laws and regulations during the first 100 days of his presidency and will look forward to discuss what employers can anticipate in the future.

Mr. Zaruta’s practice is focused on a variety of labor & employment matters, including litigation. He has extensive experience working with both private and public employers, counseling clients on hiring and firing issues, wage and hour issues, employer/independent contractor issues, collective bargaining, employee handbooks, and compliance with workplace laws including FMLA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA and more.
