Thomas A. Tupitza Represents Presbyterian Homes in Recent Affiliation

Thomas A. Tupitza represented Presbyterian Homes in the Presbytery of Lake Erie in its affiliation, effective March 1, with Presbyterian SeniorCare, the largest long-term care network in Western Pennsylvania. Tupitza has served as corporate counsel for Presbyterian Homes since 1997, and was bond counsel for its $13.5 million and $8.5 million tax-exempt financings in 2010 and 2014, respectively, for the ongoing expansion of its Manchester Commons complex in Fairview.

Mr. Tupitza advises clients in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, including health care providers, on finance, real estate and governance matters. A past president of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers, he is active as bond counsel in tax-exempt financing transactions. His real estate practice includes significant involvement with condominiums, and he is a licensed title insurance agent in Pennsylvania and New York. He has served as the firm's President since 2007.
