Timothy M. Sennett and Jennifer E. Gornall Address School District Teachers and Administrators
Timothy M. Sennett and Jennifer E. Gornall will both be addressing administrators and teachers from the North East School District this afternoon as part of the district's school opening programs. The presentation will review various school district policies including student harassment, sexual harassment, child abuse, terroristic acts and threats, bullying, special education, and use of computer networks.
Mr. Sennett practices governmental and public finance law, including housing law, education law, eminent domain, zoning, planning and land use. He represents numerous municipal authorities, boroughs, townships, and school districts. Mr. Sennett also serves as bond counsel and underwriters counsel for governmental issues.
Ms. Gornall practices local governmental law, with a specific focus on education and special education law. She represents many school districts in the northwest Pennsylvania region. She also represents regional municipal entities such as townships, boroughs and municipal authorities, including port authorities, airport authorities and water and sewer authorities.
