Antonio J. Frisina

Antonio focuses his practice on commercial litigation and related civil matters, including both plaintiff and defense representation. He represents individuals, businesses, and institutional clients in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, construction litigation, real estate conflicts, business torts, constitutional violations, and employment-related disputes, ranging from restrictive covenant matters, claims for wrongful termination, defamation and reputational harm.

Antonio earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he obtained the John P. Gismondi Civil Litigation Certificate. He was an active member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society – serving as Secretary & Public Outreach Coordinator – and also participated in the Black Law Students Association, served as a member of one of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law’s mock trial teams, and worked as a Student Extern for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Low-Income Tax Clinic, providing legal services to low-income taxpayers in disputes with the IRS.
