Jacob D. Fleming

Jake focuses his practice on Governmental Law, serving public entities throughout Northwestern Pennsylvania. He helps represent school districts, municipalities, and authorities, providing guidance on policies, contracts, Right-to-Know requests, First Amendment, and other constitutional issues.
Jake is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While in law school, he was Senior Managing Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and a teaching assistant for constitutional law and legal writing. He graduated summa cum laude from Allegheny College, where he was a Doane Scholar and admitted to Phi Beta Kappa.
