Attys Wegley, Scibetta and Hoffman Present Continuing Education Seminar
Jerome C. Wegley, Jeffrey D. Scibetta and Thomas C. Hoffman, II are presenting a continuing education seminar in New Castle, PA tomorrow, June 22. Each will present one topic eligible for one credit hour for certified public accountants (CPAs), certified financial planners (CFPs) and/or certified life underwriters (CLUs).
Mr. Wegley will present Estate Planning for Blended Families. Attendees will be able to identify issues involved with multiple marriages and blended families and will learn how various estate planning tools can provide solutions and peace of mind for all involved.
Mr. Scibetta will present Demystifying Medicaid Planning. Attendees will learn about the rules affecting an applicant’s ability to qualify for Medicaid as well as some of the basic planning techniques used to preserve assets and facilitate a client’s Medicaid qualification.
Mr. Hoffman will present MaxProtect Plan(r). Attendees will learn about a "must-consider" plan for all businesses and those leaving gifts to children and/or grandchildren. The plan uses ordinary tools to produce extraordinary asset protection and tax savings.
The event takes place at the New Castle Country Club, starting at 1:15 p.m.
