David M. Mosier and Matthew B. Wachter Speak on Captive Insurance Companies

David M. Mosier and Matthew B. Wachter will co-present with HDH Group, Inc., a Pittsburgh based commercial insurance broker, to a group of manufacturers on the topic of captive insurance. The presentation was organized by Decision Associates of Erie, PA.

Attorneys Mosier and Wachter work with clients in the formation and structuring of captive insurance companies and issuing related tax opinions.

At Knox, Mr. Mosier’s practice includes mergers and acquisition transitions and general business and tax matters. His practice also includes life and death planning for retirement benefits, distributions and beneficiary designations. Mr. Mosier also designs and drafts employee pension and welfare benefit plans and represents plan trustees and administrations.
