Edward Spontak speaks tomorrow for the Allegheny County Bar Association on "Motion and Petition Practice Overview." He will speak with attorney Dan Seibel in Pittsburgh. The event is a training program for motion and petition practice in Orphans' Court, including filing and presentation procedures and notice requirements. More information here.
