Eight Knox Law Attorneys Speak at PASBO Meeting in Clarion

Eight Knox Law attorneys will speak at Thursday's meeting for Keystone Shortway Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO) in Clarion, Pennsylvania. The meeting will include school district business managers from Intermediate Units #6 and #9.

Attorney Mark Wassell will discuss Subcontracting Bargaining Unit Work, Timothy Zieziula will discuss Tax Assessment Appeals, and Robert Zaruta will discuss FMLA and the ADA.

After these sessions, five other Knox Law attorneys will conduct "25 Legal Tips in 40 Minutes," including updates/tips on Right-to-Know Law, Public Bidding Issues; Employment Litigation; Economic Furloughs; Omnibus School Code Amendment Review; and more. Attorneys offering tips are Jennifer Gornall, Julia Herzing, Christopher Sennett, Timothy Sennett and Timothy Wachter.
