Guy C. Fustine spoke at yesterday's Bankruptcy Institute program in Pittsburgh. The program, in its 20th year, was offered by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and included continuing legal education credits for attorneys.

Mr. Fustine, along with Attorney Nicholas R. Pagliari, spoke about "The Future Relevance of Chapter 11," including a discussion about recommendations made by the American Bankruptcy Institute's Commission to Study the Reform of Chapter 11. This topic follows the successful Bankruptcy Colloquy in Erie which Mr. Fustine helped organize, along with the Erie County Bar Association, in July 2015.

At Knox Law, Mr. Fustine's practice is focused on business reorganization, commercial litigation and sports law. He is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification and has represented multimillion dollar debtors, creditors holding secured, unsecured and priority claims, creditors’ committees and trustees. He is also a certified contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association and a licensed athlete agent in Pennsylvania and Georgia.
