Guy C. Fustine's practice is focused on business reorganization, commercial litigation, collection, and sports law. He is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification and is Practice Group Leader for Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights at Knox Law. He is a mediator in the Mediation Program for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and a neutral evaluator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He represents business debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, and receivers in federal and state court cases. Mr. Fustine has experience as a contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association and is a licensed athlete agent in Pennsylvania, representing current as well as retired professional athletes.

  • Rejection of a USW Collective Bargaining Agreement under § 1113 of the Bankruptcy Code and sale of the company as an ongoing concern in Warren, PA
  • Reorganization of a southside restaurant and lounge in Pittsburgh, representing former Pittsburgh Steeler Hines Ward
