Guy's practice is focused on business reorganization, commercial litigation, and sports law. He is board-certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification and is Practice Group Leader for the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Group at Knox Law. He is a neutral evaluator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program for the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania and a bankruptcy mediator. Guy represents business debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, and receivers in federal and state court cases. He has experience operating and selling on-going businesses, including making day-to-day decisions as a Trustee for both publicly traded and privately owned corporations. Guy also has experience as a contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association and is a licensed athlete agent in Pennsylvania, representing current as well as retired professional athletes.
