Guy C. Fustine's practice is focused on business reorganization, commercial litigation and sports law. He is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification and is Practice Group Leader for Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights at Knox Law. Mr. Fustine is a mediator and neutral evaluator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He uses his experience, knowledge and skill to represent multi-million dollar debtors, creditors holding secured, unsecured and priority claims, creditors’ committees and trustees. Mr. Fustine is also a certified contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association and a licensed athlete agent in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia. He represents current as well as retired professional athletes.

  • Sale of another FQHC as a going concern in Fayette County, PA
  • Negotiation and sale of commercial real estate to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus in Buffalo, NY
  • Rejection of a USW Collective Bargaining Agreement under § 1113 of the Bankruptcy Code and sale of the company as an ongoing concern in Warren, PA
  • Reorganization of a southside restaurant and lounge in Pittsburgh, representing former Pittsburgh Steeler Hines Ward
  • Reorganization of numerous manufacturing companies located in NY, OH, PA and elsewhere, avoiding shut-downs and liquidations
