Posted on June 06, 2022

GCF with EC3 PA students at courthouse

Guy Fustine, who is teaching the course "The Legal Environment of Business" at the Erie County Community College of Pennsylvania (EC3PA), recently accompanied two of his students who are interested in law to observe live courtroom proceedings.

Guy took the students to the federal courthouse in Erie to observe a civil jury trial as well as a criminal arraignment. They also visited the Erie County courthouse to observe a civil jury trial in state court. The students saw firsthand the difference between civil law and criminal law, and the difference between federal and state court jurisdiction.

Knox Law is committed to community service and is happy to have contributed to the education of these students via EC3PA. Guy also serves EC3PA as a member of their curriculum committe, advising on Applied Business and other subjects.
