Guy Fustine Moderates Panel at Allegheny County Bankruptcy Symposium

Next Friday, December 8 is the 36th Annual Allegheny County Bankruptcy Symposium, hosted by the Allegheny County Bar Association. Guy Fustine is participating as a moderator for the panel "Effective Mediation - Best Practices." The panelists are Judge Richard Lanzillo, Judge Carlota Bohm, retired Judge Judy Fitzgerald, and Attorney George Snyder.

Guy has participated in this event many times, and speaks to other groups as well. At Knox Law, his practice is focused on business reorganization, commercial litigation, and sports law. He is board-certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification, is a neutral evaluator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program for the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania, and is a bankruptcy mediator.
