Guy Fustine Recognized for 30 Years as Board Certified Business & Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist

Guy Fustine was recently recognized for 30 years of certification as a Business & Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist. The American Board of Certification (ABC) commended him for the honor, which represents his career and commitment to bankruptcy law and related practice areas. 

With a total of nearly 44 years in practice, Guy has represented business debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, and receivers in federal and state court cases. He has experience operating and selling on-going businesses, including making day-to-day decisions as a Trustee for both publicly traded and privately owned corporations. He is also a bankruptcy mediator and a neutral evaluator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program for the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Guy has been included in The Best Lawyers in America® for both Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law and Litigation - Bankruptcy since 1993. He has been listed in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® for 17 years.
