Guy Fustine Speaks at Allegheny County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Symposium

Guy C. Fustine, Shareholder, will speak at the Allegheny County Bar Association's Annual Bankruptcy Symposium on Friday, December 6. The event offers a full day of programming for bankruptcy law practitioners, followed by a holiday party.

Mr. Fustine will participate on a panel for the session "Unwrapping the New SBRA: Is Your Practice Prepared?" Other sessions will address bankruptcy law trends, practices and cases from seasoned practitioners and judges. More information can be found here.

At Knox Law, Mr. Fustine's practice is focused on business reorganization, commercial litigation, collection, and sports law. He is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification and is Practice Group Leader for Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights at Knox Law. He is a mediator and neutral evaluator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fustine has also been a certified contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association and is a licensed athlete agent in Pennsylvania, representing current as well as retired professional athletes.
