Knox Law's Workplace Law Forum - November 16, 2017

Knox Law's 3rd biennial Workplace Law Forum is this Thursday, November 16, 2017.

Over 175 business leaders and human resource professionals are expected to attend the event, which starts at 11:00am at the Ambassador Center with registration and a buffet lunch. Guests will then hear from Jennifer K. Fisher, Appeals Program Manager for the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, Western Sector, which is part of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry. She will discuss preparing for and participating in an unemployment compensation hearing.

Guests will then hear from Knox Law Labor & Employment attorneys on topics including discrimination law, conducting internal investigations, EEO claims, collective bargaining agreements in bankruptcy, and more. Presenting attorneys include Mark Wassell, Mark Kuhar, Julia Herzing, Bob Zaruta, Rich Lanzillo and Guy Fustine.
