The organization provides education and resource materials to community foundations and other charities in western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio and northern West Virginia; supports work with land and mineral rights owners and their professional advisors related to charitable gifts resulting from oil, gas or mineral rights royalties, including shale energy; and shares resources, education, advice and news to support the independent efforts of ELO charitable member organizations.
At Knox Law, Mr. Hoffman's practice is focused on closely held business planning, business succession planning, implementation of sophisticated estate & trust planning, administration of complex estates & trusts, and the tax consequences of these matters. He speaks frequently to businesses, professional advisors, individuals and families on various estate planning and business succession topics.
