Thomas C. Hoffman, II Speaks at Erie Chamber's Business Succession Seminar

Thomas C. Hoffman, II will speak tomorrow, Wednesday December 9, at an event hosted by the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership.

The Business Succession seminar starts at 8 a.m. at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center (Room 112) and is free for all chamber members. Speakers also include Joe Bione of The Whitehall Group, LLC and Bob McMunigle of McGill, Power, Bell & Associates.

Mr. Hoffman will address the legal concerns of transitioning your business in his topic, "Business Succession: Legal Aspects in a Nutshell" while Mr. Bione will talk about managing the transition, and Mr. McMunigle will address financial statements, valuation methods and other accounting-related concerns.
