Thomas C. Hoffman, II Organizes, Speaks at Business Succession Seminar for Penn State
Thomas C. Hoffman, II speaks tomorrow at "Your Business, Your Family, Your Legacy" - a family business succession symposium hosted by Penn State's Smeal College of Business. Mr. Hoffman, shareholder at Knox Law, helped organize the event as part of his role on Penn State's Planned Giving Advisory Council.
Don Moore of Decision Associates in Erie, PA will be the featured speaker over lunch, and Tom Rogerson of Wilmington Trust (who spoke at Knox Law's 2016 Professional Advisor Symposium) will close the event with his presentation about family governance. In between, there will be three breakout sessions about legal & tax issues, private wealth planning, and exit strategies. Mr. Hoffman will speak with Attorney Richard Schwartz on legal & tax issues.
