Thomas C. Hoffman Speaks on Business Succession & Family Private Equity Model

Thomas C. Hoffman, II, Shareholder, will speak at a Manufacturer & Business Association (MBA) event on Wednesday, June 24 on business succession planning. Specifically, the event will focus on the Family Private Equity Model, which is an approach that can enable a family to retain ownership of their company while hiring a President to take over running the operation.

Don Moore and Aaron Phillips from Decision Associates will also speak at the event, which will be 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. More information on the event can be found on MBA's website.
