Guy C. Fustine is a Statewide Course Planner for PBI's 21st Annual Bankruptcy Institute

Guy Fustine is a course planner for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's (PBI's) upcoming 21st Annual Bankruptcy Institute. He will also present in Western Pennsylvania on September 8, 2016, along with attorneys Jeremy T. Toman and John F. Kroto. The event includes 15 breakout sessions and offers continuing education for attorneys and certified public accountants.

Mr. Fustine will speak at two sessions at the event in Pittsburgh and helped to plan the statewide course with the Honorable Jeffery A. Deller, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and Abagale Steidl, Esq. from Pittsburgh.

Mr. Fustine's sessions include "Top Commercial Cases of the Year," presented with Judge Deller, Beth L. Slaby, Esq., and George T. Snyder, Esq.; and "Energy Sector Issues for the Commercial Practitioner," presented with Mr. Toman and Erica K. Dausch, Esq.

Mr. Kroto will present "If Chapter 13 Doesn't Work, How about Chapter 11?" with Christopher Frye, Esq. and Norma L. Hildenbrand, Esq.


The Institute takes place at different locations across the state. The Western Pennsylvania event will be held at The Doubletree Hotel in Pittsburgh from 9:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. on September 8, 2016.
