Gerald L. Sink brings nearly two decades of experience in financial leadership, risk management, and operational strategy to his role as Chief Financial Officer. With a proven track record of driving efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing innovative financial solutions, he is dedicated to ensuring long-term stability and growth for the organization.

Before joining Knox Law, Gerald served as CFO at a mid-sized law firm in Ohio, where he oversaw all financial and operational functions, developed comprehensive financial strategies, and integrated advanced technologies to streamline processes. His career also includes key roles in risk management and corporate governance in the real estate and insurance industries.

Gerald holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Cleveland State University, a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati.
