Knox Attorneys Active in Erie County Bar Association

Attorneys at the Knox Law firm have always been active in local and state bar associations, pursuant to our mission “to be leaders in our profession and the community.” This year, the following attorneys have new leadership roles at the Erie County Bar Association (ECBA).

Richard A. Lanzillo, firm Vice President, is the 2015 President of ECBA. He previously served asECBA’s Vice President and is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Mercyhurst University.

Michael A. Fetzner, a former ECBA President and Treasurer and current Executive Committee Member, continues his long-held role of Law Day Committee Chair. He also serves on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a Fellow with the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation.

Guy C. Fustine is now Chair of the Bankruptcy Section. He also serves as a Pupilage Group Leader for the Judith K. Fitzgerald Western Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Inn of Court.

Timothy S. Wachter is Chair of the Municipal Law Section, which was recently formed in 2014. He also serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Education Law Section.

Nadia A. Havard is now Vice Chair of the Estates & Trusts Section. She is also a member of the Tax Law Section Council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Frances A. McCormick recently became a member of the Women’s Division Leadership Committee.
