12 Knox Law Attorneys Selected for 2026 PA Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars
Knox McLaughlin Gornall and Sennett, P.C. is proud to announce that 12 of our attorneys have been selected for inclusion in the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® 2026 and Rising Stars® 2026. These honors recognize the most outstanding attorneys in our region, selected through one of the most rigorous peer-review processes in the legal profession.
Bryan Baumann, Mark Claypool, Neal Devlin, Guy Fustine, Frances McCormick, Tom Tupitza, Tim Wachter, and Mark Wassell have all been selected for inclusion on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® list for 2026.
Four attorneys have been selected for inclusion on the 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list: Jacqueline Brangard, Bill Helbling, Matt Lasher, and Philip Seaver-Hall.
What Is Super Lawyers — and Why Does It Matter?
Super Lawyers® is a national, independent attorney rating service that identifies outstanding lawyers who have attained high peer recognition and demonstrated professional achievement. Selection is annual, state-by-state, and governed by a patented, multi-phase process (not advertising dollars or self-nomination).
Super Lawyers describes the methodology as "a comprehensive, good-faith and detailed attempt to produce a list of lawyers that have attained high peer recognition, meet ethical standards, and have demonstrated some degree of achievement in their field."
The Selection Process: Rigorous by Design
Selection to Super Lawyers is not purchased, requested, or self-reported. Every candidate is evaluated across four independent phases including peer nominations, independent research, Blue Ribbon peer review, and a final selection process. No more than 5% of lawyers in the state are named to this list.
The entire process is patented by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (U.S. Pat. No. 8,412,564). You can find the full selection process listed on the Super Lawyers website.
Rising Stars: The Next Generation of Legal Excellence
The Rising Stars designation recognizes attorneys age 40 or under, or those in practice for 10 years or less, who are already performing at an elite level early in their careers. Rising Stars candidates go through the same rigorous evaluation process as Super Lawyers, with only the top 2.5% of eligible attorneys earning the designation.
What This Means for Our Clients
These recognitions are meaningful because they come from the legal community itself, from attorneys who understand what it takes to deliver results. For current and prospective clients of Knox Law, the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars designations offer important assurances:
- You are working with attorneys who have been independently verified as top performers in their practice areas.
- Our team brings both seasoned experience and emerging talent.
- Our attorneys are respected by their peers, which matters in negotiation, litigation, and every interaction with opposing counsel and the courts.
- These honors reflect a sustained commitment to results, ethics, and professional development and not a one-time achievement.
We are deeply proud of our honored attorneys and grateful for the trust our clients place in us every day. This recognition belongs as much to the clients we serve as to the attorneys who earned it.
